| Government security contracts:A local security company has taken the government to court over the recent awards of contracts for state facilities.Strategic Action Security Services has also signaled its intentions to carry another security company that was recently awarded contracts to court.Attorney-at-law Mortimer Coddett and owner of Strategic Action Security Services,Wholesale Jerseys, Richard Kanhai, yesterday.This is according to the lawyer for the security firm, Attorney-at-law,Joel Ayayi Jersey, Mortimer Coddett,Angel Di Maria Jersey, who spoke to Kaieteur News on Friday. Present was the owner of the security firm, Richard Kanhai.Attorney General and Strategic Action are to appear before Justice Rishi Persaud tomorrow based on an application for an Interim Injunction.The security company is asking that contracts signed on February 1, 2008,Wholesale Jerseys China, with the Ministry of Local Government and individual regional executives, remain in force.The plaintiff is also seeking an order that a letter written by the Permanent Secretary of that Ministry, Seewchan, in October, informing Strategic Action that two new contracts have been awarded and as such government facilities must be handed over, be declared invalid.The Security company is also claiming $15M in damages.Two Fridays ago, Coddett, on behalf of the Strategic Action Security Services, wrote the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development warning that attempts to remove or stop the guard service from the facilities will result in “prompt legal proceedings.”On that day also,Cheap Adidas NHL Jerseys, the Ministry signed a $46M per month contract with R.K.’s Security for Government facilities in Regions Two, Three, Four, Five and Six, while Homesafe Security will be providing security services to the tune of $14M monthly for Regions One, Seven,Cheap NFL Jerseys China, Eight,Basketball Shoes Clearance Sale, Nine and Ten.
