| Over 200 children will attend the Guyana Police Force’s Annual Youth Camp which is being held in collaboration with the Guyana Police Wives’ Association, between Monday August 6 and Saturday August 11, at the Rosignol Primary School, West Coast Berbice.The children,Jamie Garcia Jersey, between the ages of eight and 14 years old,Kyle Brodziak Jersey, selected from among youths involved in the Force’s Youth Clubs and Scout Groups,Jose Enrique Liverpool Jersey UK, will be participating in the much anticipated Camp, which is being conducted under the theme “Empowering Young Minds for the next Generation”.Participants at the last camp doing their morning exercisesThe Camp will be managed by Assistant Commissioner Carol Lewis-Primo, who will be assisted by other police ranks,http://www.airmaxfantasy.us.com/Nike-Air-Presto/, members of the Police Wives’ Association and a number of civilians who have volunteered their services.During the period, the campers will be involved in craft-work,Antoine Roussel Jersey, educational talks, road safety, religious teaching,Dede Westbrook Jersey, information technology,Starlin Castro Cubs Jersey, games and an exhibition to showcase their skills learnt, among other activities.The first Police Youth Camp was held at Camp Seweyo,Sergei Nemchinov Rangers Jersey, Soesdyke/Linden Highway,James Milner Liverpool Jersey UK, in 1991.Last year’s camp was at the Linden Foundation Secondary School in Amelia’s Ward, Linden. |
