She also focused on the amount stolen and the fact that he cooperated with the police and saved the court’s time. She however noted that he was previously convicted and sentenced Rajaran to three years imprisonment.Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry thereafter refused bail to Waddle. He was remanded to prison and will make his next court appearance at the Providence Magistrates’ Court for report and fixtures on November 29. |
