It is alleged that the pedestrian was under the influence of alcohol and had just left the liquor parlour.The vehicle was heading north along the western side of the public road while Hutson was attempting to cross from the western to the eastern side.He was subsequently rushed to Cottage,Robin van Persie Jersey, Mahaicony Hospital in a critical state and moments later pronounced dead. |
