Prince, however, admitted in “open court” that his sister-in-law, June-Ann, had threatened to “slap Lowe” in the courtyard.The two were placed on bail and ordered to make their next court appearance on January 27.Also appearing before Magistrate Robertson was Sylvan Smith, who is accused of acquiring one pair of military boots, property of the Guyana Defence Force, on January 7 last.He pleaded guilty,Wholesale Jerseys, and offered an explanation.According to the defendant, the boots were given to him by a friend some three years ago. When asked by the presiding magistrate to name the friend, Smith said, “Your Worship I can’t remember what is his name, but I know is meh friend give me these boots.”He further explained that he used the boots to work.According to Police Prosecutor Sherwin Matthews, on the day in question, at about 17:50 hrs, the police conducted a search, acting upon information they had received. He then told the arresting ranks that he received the pair from a friend. He was later told of the offence and charged.The defendant was fined $20,000, with an alternative of three months’ imprisonment.
