| Registrar of the Supreme Court, Evelyn Sita Ramlal, was on Wednesday indicted from duty.The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) took the decision to proceed with this form of action pending the determination of Ramlal’s court matter which is currently before the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.Ramlal reportedly received the letter from the JSC on Wednesday afternoon. Her interdiction was effective immediately.Ramlal had applied to Cabinet Secretary,Bengals Jersey Color Rush, Dr. Roger Luncheon, for administrative leave immediately after she was charged with several counts of conspiring to commit a felony on April 27. Dr. Luncheon acceded to the request.Ramlal and former Major General of the Guyana Defence Force, Norman Mc Lean, were recently slapped with a number of indictable counts of conspiring to commit a felony.Both Ramlal and Mc Lean were not required to plead to the indictable charges, which were read to them by Acting Chief Magistrate, Melissa Robertson, at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.It was alleged that Major General Mc Lean, on February 17, 2005, with intent to defraud, delivered to Dawn Britton, a forged Process of Court of Justice (an adoption order) in respect of Ananne Anastacia Mc Call,Cheap NFL Jerseys Wholesale, dated December 14, 2004, knowing same to be forged.It was further alleged that Mc Lean on February 17, 2005 with the intent to defraud, delivered to Leota Landford, a forged adoption order in respect of Ananne Anastacia Mc Call, which is dated December 14, 2004.Both Mc Lean and Ramlal were charged with conspiracy to commit a felony.
